Five-year warranty on everything we manufacture and install

There’s a five-year Town and Around warranty on all fences and gates we manufacture and install ourselves. If anything fails in that period, just give us a call and we’ll be around to fix or replace it.

For other products that we stock and supply, the individual manufacturers’ warranties supersede our warranty. Details of individual warranties on products are available on request.

Please note that timber is a natural product, so wooden fences and gates will weather and age according to the qualities of the natural components. Sun, moisture, wind and other natural forces can cause shrinkage and twisting. However, our steel fence posts and steel frames for wooden gates can minimise problems with timber movement.
